Tavuklu Pide (Pizza ala Turkey dengan topping daging ayam)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 300 gr boneless chicken meat. Minced roughly.
  • 2 medium size onions
  • 0,5 cm thin using rolling pin and make oval shape. Brush the surface with olive oil, place the chicken filling in the middle of the thin dough (See picture above). And fold remaining dough into middle (look like a small boat now). Preheat oven at 150 deg C. Bake pide until done (about 20~30 minutes). Served warm immediately.
  • 2 cangkir tepung
  • 2 sendok teh ragi instan
  • 1/2 sdm gula pasir.
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam
  • 4 sendok makan minyak zaitun
  • 3/4 cangkir air hangat
  • 2 sdm tepung, campur dengan gula dan ragi. Tuang sekitar 1/4 cangkir airhangat. dan biarkan selama sekitar 30 mnt sampai naik.
  • 300 gr daging ayam tanpa tulang. Cincang kasar.
  • 2 bawang bombay ukuran sedang. Cincang kasar.
  • 2 siung bawang putih. parut halus / cincang.
  • 1/2 ikat peterseli (sekitar 100 g). cincang kasar.
  • 1/2 sdm tomat pasta
  • 1/2 sdm pasta cabe
  • 1 sendok teh atau lebih sebagai selera Anda)
  • 2 sendok makan) Plus untuk mengoles adonan pide
