Ingredients

  • 300 gr daging kambing, potong-potong
  • 300 gr paru kambing, potong-potong
  • 300 gr usus kambing, potong-potong
  • 300 gr hati kambing, potong-potong
  • 800 ml air
  • 10 buah bawang merah, iris tipis
  • 4 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
  • 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
  • 2 cm jahe, memarkan
  • 4 sdm kecap manis
  • 1/2 sdt asam jawa
  • 1 sdm garam
