  • 500 g mentega
  • 20 kuning telur
  • 5 putih telur
  • 120 gm tepung Hong Kong/ Top
  • 20 gm tepung susu
  • 150 gm puree cempedak*
  •  
  • *Bahan Utk Puree
  • 600 gm isi cempedak (dibuang biji)
  • 220 gm gula kaster/halus
  • 220 ml air
