Ingredients

  • 45 gm butter*
  • 65 gm gula halus*
  • 1 biji telur
  • 50 gm tepung gandum**
  • 1 sdb koko powder**
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder**
  • 140 gm dark cooking chocolate, cairkan secara double-boil
  • 1 sdb gelatin
  • 100 ml air
  • 2 putih telur
  • 200 gm whipping cream, dipukul hingga berkrim dan pekat
  • 40 gm gula halus
